How desperate can a collection agency/ rent-a-lawyer get when you have to slide into the abyss of collecting on the worst loans on the planet. Desperate people do desperate things, expect phone calls from collectors posing as lawyers, police, federal agents threatening arrest, credit card and bank fraud, plus whatever their whacked out (?) druggie (?) debt collectors can do to scare you into sending them money. Uni-Snakes can be sued for placing information on your credit files, which will force them to change their name …again!
Owners Robert Van DeMark, Douglas J. Mackinnon, Sr., Mark Bohn, and several attorneys have amassed huge amounts of judgments in lawsuits. The name change reflects a growing problem in the junk debt collection industry of closing the doors one day, then reopening under a new name the next.
