UNISTATES Credit

PO Box 277, Williamsville,

First American Investment Co., LLC of

is changing names again.
UNI-SNAKES?
How bad is it at Uni-Snakes? Their slime factor
has decreased to an even lower point as they are
now collecting on…
PAYDAY LOANS!
How desperate can a collection agency/
rent-a-lawyer get when you have to slide into
the abyss of collecting on the worst loans on
the planet. Desperate people do desperate
things, expect phone calls from collectors
posing as lawyers, police, federal agents
threatening arrest, credit card and bank fraud,
plus whatever their whacked out (?) druggie (?)
debt collectors can do to scare you into sending
them money. Uni-Snakes can be sued for placing
information on your credit files, which will
force them to change their name …again!
Owners Robert Van DeMark, Douglas J. Mackinnon,
Sr., Mark Bohn, and several attorneys have
amassed huge amounts of judgments in lawsuits.
The name change reflects a growing problem in
the junk debt collection industry of closing the
doors one day, then reopening under a new name
the next. This group is no stranger to name
changes, as it has been a trait they have
mastered over the years.
Emails and calls have poured into our office
from consumers who state that the name of First
American Investment Co that was once placed on
their credit has now been changed to Unistates Credit Agency,
LLC

Tri-Financial - From a Concerned Consumer
|
http://tri-fillc.com/ This company is
owned by criminal Jon Hummel. He was struck by
electricity and won a settlement from his former
labor employer. He worked for Redline Recovery
and then started his own collection empire
called TRI FINANCIAL out of an old house in
North Tonawanda, his alcoholic fiancée who has
yet to divorce her husband also won a settlement
against another motorist whom it is up for
dispute whether or not she was drinking and
driving. They live in a broken down duplex in
the same city as well as the partner/director
Chris Morrow, who lost custody of his daughter
due to a cocaine addiction. These guys are as
nasty as it gets and it appears as if they are
just another pawn in the Doug MacKinnon, Mark
Bohn era of criminal collection evil empires.
Word on the mean streets of this Buffalo suburb
is that Doug has branched out from not only Law
firm collections but also getting together with
old party buddies from his days working in
collections to hire any old slob to fill an
office full of extortionist's that steal money
from undeserving consumers. Don't send these
cocaine addicts any money they will only sniff
up every penny and not help out your credit. You
should be aware that they are just going to be
around for a short period of time until Doug and
Mark shut them down. |
|
Remember - the
authorities won't know these firms are breaking
the law unless you report them. The NY
Attorney General's Office needs to hear from
consumers. Your silence tells them there's
nothing wrong...

LEGAL SERVICING LLC, PO Box 515
2801 Wehrle Drive, Suite 5,
Williamsville, NY 14221 welcomes
Attorney Annemarie E. Steward, who, with
less than 8 years under her law belt,
has decided to chuck her reputation and
rent her law license. Annemarie is
also a Notary Public in NY - 02-ST6162882
Robert T.
Van de Mark, who has a long history of
phony document creation himself, now
goes for the cover of a licensed
attorney. We'd said it before, the
Sales Pitch Doug MacKinnon makes to
young, gullible attorneys must be
something to behold. How does he
hide the history of those who have
fallen before? Don't trust that
the documents you receive bearing a
rent-a-lawyer's signature carry any
legal weight. If you are contacted

The next head on the
chopping block belongs to Vincent Peter Cignarale, who
apparently, has never heard of the internet.
Vince, they teach you what "due diligence" was in law
school?
Young Lawrence Baker, longtime
partner of Douglas Burgess takes his name and reputation
into the collection arena.
AGRM, LLC changes names every time
the Buffalo Bills lose, but Carolyn Gallagher has it
under control for now. AGRM is
Doug MacKinnon's operation. He was the support
beam for the payroll until a falling out this summer.
Apparently, FAIC paper wasn't good enough for Audino, so
she turns to Southern Capital. Tsk tsk. Ms.
Gallagher. Biting the hand...
Attorneys: Considering Joining
the Syndicate?
The
lure of easy money can be blinding. When Doug
MacKinnon promises to make attorneys millionaires, their
judgment is clouded by easy green and greed. They
can't see the future. They think Doug holds the
key to their lifestyle of riches, and all they have to
do is rent out their law license. They don't
realize what he does with that authority.
But now that the saga of the first rent-a-lawyer is
complete, attorneys can look to the Lenahan storybook to
see what happens next. Page after page of dreams
turned to misery, riches to rags, defiant to despair.
Like a Pyramid Scheme
- It Costs You More than You'll Make.
Do the math. You
can see clearly that though promised millions, in truth,
association with MacKinnon will cost you that much - and
more.
We understand some collectors make more than the
attorneys renting out their licenses...
Follow the trail the Lenahans
carved out for you and see what the future truly holds.
Bankruptcy, judgments, loss of prestige, honor, and even
the ability to
practice law at any level. Danielle Lenahan can't
even operate out of a poverty law office.
(4th
Department Appellate Division in New York)
Here's the coup de grace for Danielle and Daddy.
She personally blames us. While we'd love to take
all the credit, we didn't violate the law time and time
again. We just pointed the competent consumer law
experts in their direction. But for those who
can't see the future over their temporarily high bank
accounts, take note: Giove,
McKelvey, Burgess, Wright and those associated with MacKinnon - you are already in
the sites of authorities and thousands of consumer
attorneys nationwide.

What is a Rent-a-Lawyer?
The Rent-A-Lawyer concept we believe was invented by Doug
MacKinnon in an effort to shield himself from lawsuits, skirt the
laws regarding collections and provide some semblance of
legitimately to his debt-buying and collection efforts. Two
types of attorneys are sought out for the scheme - neophytes, or
those fresh out of law school too lazy to struggle and develop their
own practice, or tired, washed up attorneys who couldn't make it in
their chosen field of practice. The Lenahans were the first
Rent-a-Lawyer and while lessons have been learned, it's Doug and his
partners who have learned the lessons - not the attorneys.
MacKinnon learned to spread the liability among several attorneys
and to open collection shops under as many names as possible to
deflect and confuse the authorities. This will backfire on him
in time as charges tie all the organizations together and their
efforts to defraud consumers and attorneys are revealed. (See
Chart). The
key to the rent a lawyer scheme is protection.
Doug and his partners are protected as the front men, the named
attorneys take the heat for "knowledge of the laws" pertaining to
collection. After all, when someone gets a letter from an
attorney, who would suspect the attorney doesn't know or doesn't
follow the law? Are these RALs in Buffalo ignorant of the laws
concerning collection and credit - FDCPA and FCRA or just greedy?
Maybe both.
When one attorney checks out or goes bankrupt, the workload and
accounts are merely shifted to new attorneys. Like a pyramid
scheme, the allure of easy money draws in attorneys who are
encouraged to recruit others. In reality, only Doug will
prosper. The attorneys will get the early dividends to ensure
their enthusiastic participation, and to make sure the machine is
geared up to maximum speed, but the end game suggests they'll pay
out far more than they will make.
Easy money brought the Lenahans into the con game, but it cost
them not only their reputations as attorneys, but their lifestyles,
their health, their marriages, their practices and law licenses.
Tack on 1.39 million in lawsuits and years of being embroiled in
courtroom settings as defendants and you can get a glimpse of the
future for Giove, McKelvey, Burgess, and Makel Wright.
Burgess Collectors Pose as Attorneys
* It's All About the Benjamins
*
No Fear of Attorney General or NY
State Bar
Does Douglas Burgess
condone the unauthorized
practice of law?
Rochester, NY Attorney Douglas R. Burgess,
who rents out his law license to a group of debt collectors for a
percentage of the take may soon find himself looking for a new
career. Collectors working in Buffalo, NY for Douglas J. MacKinnon,
Sr., Mark Bohn and Robert Van DeMark, who pay Burgess for the rental
of his law license (NYS Reg#1045079), were captured on tape posing
as attorneys. Edited versions can be heard on this site. It is a
felony in most states to represent yourself as an attorney when you
are not, and in many locales, Unauthorized Practice of Law is tacked
on when the phony attorney gives advice. This has never been
seen as a problem to this group of collectors and conmen. Having a
felony conviction or being wanted by the law only seems to make you
more employable in the Buffalo collection industry.
Lenahan Loses Law License
John Daniel Lenahan dba/Lenahan Law Offices
surrendered his law license to authorities in Buffalo, NY reportedly
resulting from his short lived career as a debt collector. Lenahan
and daughter Danielle Fanning Lenahan gained fame and notoriety
across America when they elected to become Rent-A-Lawyers for a
Buffalo, NY debt collection organization. The organization run by
Douglas J. MacKinnon, Sr. and his associates used organizations
called First American Investment Co. and Account Management Services
as bottom-feeder debt buyers, to purchase old, mostly worthless
accounts. They then used patsies Jack Sortino, Harvey Denis and
others to manufacture in-house bogus documents that purported to
give authenticity to court filings and credit bureau reporting on
these allegedly bogus claims. In addition, debt collectors posing as
employees of the Lenahan Law Offices would call consumers around the
country threatening legal actions they were incapable of taking,
while attempting to extort monies. Hundreds of lawsuits were filed
against the Lenahans, ultimately resulting in their filing for
bankruptcy protection to the amount of $1.39
MILLION after MacKinnon and his associates reportedly
abandoned them to sink in the misery they created. Daughter Danielle
Fanning is expected to meet the same fate as her father.
McKelvey, Evans Want Out?
After learning the fate of their
predecessors, rumors around Buffalo hint that other lawyers who are
currently renting their law licenses as debt collectors, want out.
Buffalo, NY Attorney Terrance McKelvey is reportedly facing lawsuits
from consumer attorneys and the wrath of wife Rubie for getting his
name so tarnished in and around Buffalo. McKelvey tries to
play high profile in Buffalo politics and society, but his
reputation as a debt collector may cause him to become unwelcome on
Judge's committees, high dollar campaign efforts and at society
parties. McKelvey, who is not
considered one of the brightest attorneys in the debt collection
business, (a trait highly sought by his handlers) can look forward
to more court cases than he can handle or afford as consumer
attorneys nationwide realize his deep pockets are only until Doug
MacKinnon hangs him out to dry.
Douglas R. Burgess, of Rochester is in
trouble with the authorities for allowing collectors who work on his
rented law license to call consumers posing as lawyers. We have
personally been party to some of these calls which takes illegal
debt collection to a new high. Criminals seem to be attracted to
these organizations and management appears to condone this illegal
behavior in the pursuit of stealing your money. Jason J. Evans is
also reportedly well involved in on going litigation for the same
purpose. Of course, Evans has the backup plan of becoming a great
macabre novelist. Maybe if he leaves the debt collection
industry today, when he's famous it won't come back to haunt him.
As troubles and lawsuits and injunctions
swell, these attorneys might well ask themselves what level of
support and help they can expect from their benefactor, Doug
MacKinnon. Look to the past - WDDD? What Did Doug Do?
Ask the Lenahans. Doug left them twisting in the
wind.
These attorneys should not be surprised when
MacKinnon cuts them loose to suffer the same consequences. It is no
longer a matter of ‘IF’ it will happen, rather when.
Report these Attorneys to the Authorities!
If you are victimized by the debt collectors
who work for attorneys who rent their law license, you have the
right to take action against them. The law allows that attorneys can
be held liable for anyone who represents them in committing offenses
in their name, to include:
-
EXTORTION
-
UNLICENSED PRACTICE OF LAW
-
POSING AS AN ATTORNEY OR LAW ENFORCEMENT
OFFICIAL
-
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY

What is Giove
Law?
Giove Law Office
is the Buffalo New York clearing house for attorneys and debt
collectors who seem to hourly violate State and Federal laws in
their efforts to collect time-barred and charged-off debts that they
have purchased for literally pennies on the dollar. Their
actions and violations are so egregious they have been permanently
enjoined from collecting in several states. If you have landed
at this site as a result of an internet search engine inquiry,
consider yourself one of the fortunate. You will find within
these pages the information necessary to Stop
them in their tracks, and perhaps turn the tables on them. In
many cases where they have violated your rights, you have a golden
opportunity to sue them, collecting attorney's fees, and finding
your debt forgiven completely. So before you begin the
education process, take a moment to view the scrolling list of debt
collectors and/or attorneys below. If you have received any
communication, written or telephonic, from any of these entities,
the first thing you must do is resolve NOT to pay them a single
dime. It will not benefit you at all to do so.
Debt buyers are NOT known for their
brilliance or legal knowledge. Most are former wannabes
who couldn’t make it in the real world and are desperate
to make some money in an easy industry. They are
deficient in a lot of area that include social and
business skills, employ some of the most disgusting
wasted losers that you will ever encounter. Former
convicts, parolees, convicted felons, drug users are
all common in this business. Some working for Giove have
even shown up for work still wearing their ankle
bracelets so as not to be far from the law. Most
have severe financial problems resulting in desperate
ploys to keep the cash flowing. Collectors are
paid a commission of what they collect, they are under
incredible pressure to produce or face the wrath of
their superiors. Giove and the debt collectors
associated with his office collect about $7
MILLION DOLLARS monthly.
How They Steal Your Money
MacKinnon and his associates buy old
portfolios of debts that have little or no value. They
hire an attorney such as Rodney Giove, Jack Wolf,
and naive Terrance McKelvey. Many of
these attorneys are already experiencing personal and
financial problems; most are unable to sustain a viable
practice in the area of law they first intended.
The attorneys then rent out their law offices for a
commission of what is collected, using their names. For
example; A collector may contact a consumer as a legal
assistant regarding an old debt using the name, the Law
Offices of Rodney Giove, threatening immediate legal
actions if it is not paid. The collectors work off a
telephone script called a ‘talk off’ where they threaten
legal actions in your county by a certain date, if
monies are not paid immediately. It is this fear of
possible legal action that causes any consumers to turn
over money to these extortionists.
To combat this site and after the loss of
the Lenahans, who were sued into retirement by consumer
attorneys, MacKinnon and Giove decided on a new scam.
They have partner Robert T. Van De Mark signing in-house
manufactured BOGUS affidavits stating he is the
president of Legal Servicing, LLC and swearing to the
authenticity of the documents. The truth is that Robert
T. Van De Mark is a liar and is committing perjury on
each account that gets filed with a court action. The
problem with Van De Mark's bogus filings is he cannot
possibly have any first-hand knowledge of the account,
which is required. He lies on the swearing and he
lies on the affidavits. Rodney Giove, Attorney,
may also be guilty of false swearing on a court document
as he too has signed and notarized these bogus
documents.
The crime syndicate is hiring other law firms around the
country to file court suits on unsuspecting consumers
with these bogus documents, many of which are out of
statute, meaning they are past the time allowed by state
law for taking legal actions. One really bad collection
organization rumored to be involved with this scam is
the infamous UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, who have a BAD
reputation for filing bogus claims and changing dates of
last activity on old accounts.
